TRIP TIMES: PLEASE CALL AHEAD TO SCHEDULE FOR THE 12 MILE TRIP. LAST LOAD LEAVES AT 2 PM(EASTERN TIME) FOR THE 7 1/2 MILE TRIP. FLOAT TIMES ARE APPROXIMATIONS. TIMES VARY DUE TO PADDLER RATE AND RIVER CONDITIONS.
ANIMALS: WE ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR ANIMALS HERE. YOU ARE BRINGING THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THERE IS NOWHERE TO LEAVE THEM HERE. FOR THEIRS, YOURS AND OUR PROTECTION PLEASE LEAVE THEM AT HOME.
RESERVATIONS: TO GUARANTEE A RESERVATION, 1/2 ADVANCE DEPOSIT PER BOAT IS REQUIRED. IF POSSIBLE, PLAN A FLOAT TRIP ON WEEKDAYS. IF NOT, CALL PLENTY IN ADVANCE.
WE ACCEPT MASTER CARD, VISA AND DISCOVER. CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL DAY OF RENTAL. YOU MAY PAY FOR YOUR RENTALS BY OTHER MEANS AT THAT TIME IF DESIRED. PLEASE SEE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY WHICH COVERS ALL TYPES OF RESERVATIONS.
IF YOU ARE NOT EXACTLY SURE OF THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE AND RENTALS REQUIRED, RESERVE WHAT YOU ARE SURE OF AND NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OF ANY CHANGES. ADDING A COUPLE OF BOATS IS USUALLY NOT A PROBLEM.
CANCELLATION/REFUND: CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PENALTY 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TRIP. THEN, A CREDIT CERTIFICATE WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE SAME AMOUNT FOR ANY FUTURE TRIP. IF IT IS STORMING IN OUR AREA PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR TRIP, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE THE BOATS/TUBES LEAVE RIVERSIDE RENTALS. LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT: RENTERS ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE RETURN OF RENTED EQUIPMENT. A SCHEDULE OF LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS IS POSTED AT RIVERSIDE RENTALS. ALL CLIENTS MUST HAVE WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF RENTED EQUIPMENT PAPERS SIGNED BEFORE LEAVING ON TRIP.

RIVERSIDE RENTALS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY TRIP DUE TO WEATHER, RIVER CONDITIONS, OR ANY OTHER REASON WE DEEM NECESSARY AS MANAGEMENT.
